Best Practices in Information Management

This 6-hour, full day workshop is accredited for 6 MAINPRO-M1 credits by the College of Family Physicians of Canada.
The workshop provides an interactive, hands-on learning session for attendees to try out the principles described in the workshop and learn how to clean data, develop queries and extract data for chronic disease management and preventive care.

The material for the workshop was developed with a large Family Health Team in Ontario and has been tested in clinical practice.  The workshop is led by Dr. Karim Keshavjee, a family physician and health informatics specialist with extensive knowledge of EMRs.
